I love this time of year when we get an excuse to indulge a little bit and enjoy some Christmas cheer. I thought it would be fun to share with you a favourite recipe for a bailey's style beverage that I have been know to gift to friends and family.
Irish Old Bailey's - makes 3, 26oz bottles
Ingredients
Mix all the ingredients together using a blender or hand mixer, slowly add in the whipping cream straight from the carton.
- 26oz Irish Whiskey
- 2 tins Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 tsp Coconut Extract
- 3 - 6 tblsp Liquid Chocolate
- 500 ml Whipping Cream
Keep refrigerated, consume within 30 days...that shouldn't be a problem;)
